Ingredientes
- 1 x chuck roast - (abt 4 lbs)
- Â Â Salt to taste
- Â Â Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 2 x onions sliced
- 1 can condensed beef broth - (10 3/4 ounce)
- 1/3 c. liquid brown sugar
- 1/3 c. cider vinegar
- 8 x gingersnaps
- Â Â Warm cooked noodles
Direcciones
- Sprinkle roast on all sides with salt and pepper. Place roast in crock pot; add in onion, broth, brown sugar, and vinegar. Cover tightly; cook 5 to 6 hrs on HIGH, turning occasionally.
- Remove roast and set aside. Add in crumbled gingersnap to the sauce in the crock pot. Stir till sauce thickens. Slice meat and spoon sauce over slices. Serve over warm cooked noodles.
