Receta Sausage And Ham Or Chicken Jambalaya

Ingredientes
- 3 c. sliced smoked sausage
- 3 c. diced ham, or possibly minced cooked chicken
- 2 lg. finely minced onions
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 1 c. diced green pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, or possibly use garlic pwdr
- 2 cans tomatoes (16 ounce. each), also 1 can tomato paste
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme, basil, marjoram, oregano, paprika
- 4 tbsp. fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 2 c. long grain rice
- 1 tbsp. creole seasoning
Direcciones
- In Dutch cooker saute/fry sausage and ham till brown, remove and drain on paper towels. Add in onions, green pepper and garlic to drippings, saute/fry till tender. Stir in sausage, ham or possibly cooked chicken, tomatoes, parsley and rice. Bring mix to boil. Cover pot, lower heat, simmer about 1 hour, stir every 10 min. If mix is too wet, uncover and cook a few min longer.
