  1. Clean and slice peppers into 1/2 inch strips. Cook sausage in large skillet. When cooked remove from skillet and put garlic into oil from sausage. If needed add in 1/4 oz of extra virgin olive oil. When garlic starts to turn brown add in cut up peppers and onions. Cover and let slow cook about 5 min. Stir.
  2. Cut up sausage into 1 inch pcs. Stir into peppers and onions. Mix well. Add in can of Hunt's sauce. Mix often. Cook on medium heat about 25 min. Feeds about 6 to 10 people.
