Receta Sausage Egg Rolls

Ingredientes
- 1 pkg. egg roll skins
- 1 pound sausage, fried
- 1/4 c. onion, grated
- 1 c. carrots, shredded
- 1 c. potatoes, shredded
- 1 c. cabbage, shredded
- 4 T soy sauce
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Direcciones
- Mix (fried) sausage, onion, carrots, potatoes, cabbage, soy sauce, salt and pepper in large bowl. Separate egg roll skins and cut each in half. Place 1 tbsp of sausage mix on skin. Roll up. Spread small amount of egg on edges to seal. Place in hot oil and fry for 3 min or possibly till golden. Makes approximately 24 egg rolls. Serve hot.
