This is a recipe invented by my mom that everyone loves! It's become a family Christmas brunch tradition that we all look forward to. Delicious and really easy to make!

  1. Put 6 slices of bread on the bottom of a greased pan
  2. Saute crumbled sausage with worcester sauce, salt and pepper until crispy
  3. Beat 6 eggs in a bowl, add 1 tablespoon water, salt and pepper
  4. Pour egg mixture over the bread
  5. Sprinkle generous amount of sauteed sausage over eggs
  6. Cover entire dish with shredded cheddar cheese
  7. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for about 45 minutes, or until cheese is brown and bubbling
