- 1 deep dish pie crust
- 6 ounce. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 pound sausage or possibly hamburger meat
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1 green pepper, minced
- 6 Large eggs, well beaten
- 3 ounce. cheese on bottom of pie crust
Direcciones
- Then add in meat no top of cheese. Add in egg mix over this. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350 or possibly 375 degrees till done.
