Receta Sausage & Sauerkraut
Ingredientes
- 1 can sauerkraut, minced, drain & rinse in cool water
- Sausage or possibly warm dogs
- 1 tbsp. bacon grease
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- Water, if needed
Direcciones
- Put sauerkraut in saucepan, add in 1/2 to 3/4 c. water. Add in bacon grease, sugar and cook 30 min. Add in sausage or possibly warm dogs on top and continue cooking about 15 min. Serve with biscuits or possibly corn bread. Can cook a couple small potatoes with sauerkraut. Very good with chilled tomatoes as a salad.
