Receta Sausages And Sauerkraut Cooked In Beer

Ingredientes
- 2 lbs. sauerkraut
- 1 (12 ounce.) can leglit beer
- 1 lg. onion, minced
- 1 apple, cored & minced
- 2 teaspoon caraway seeds
- 6 knockwurst or possibly 1 pound cocktail franks
Direcciones
- In large saucepan combine sauerkraut, beer, onion, apple and caraway seeds. Cover tightly and simmer 20 min. Add in knockwurst (or possibly cocktail franks), cover and simmer another 15 min. Serve with sliced tomatoes, tossed green salad, rye bread slices and cool beer.
