Ingredientes
- 1 lb bulk sausage
- 1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 x cubanelle peppers - (to 5)

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, combine the sausage, bread crumbs, and Parmesan cheese; mix well. Stuff equally into the peppers and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 22 to 25 min, or possibly till no pink remains in the sausage.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat. Finish cooking the peppers on the grill for 3 to 4 min per side.
- This recipe yields 4 to 5 peppers.
