Receta Sausage Vegetable Roll With Mustard Sauce

Ingredientes
- 3/4 pound sausage
- 1 c. carrots, diced
- 1 c. asparagus, diced
- 1/4 green onions, diced
- 1/2 c. red pepper, diced
- 1/2 c. green pepper, diced
- 6 sheets phyllo dough
Direcciones
- Cook sausage. Mix all ingredients for sausage rolls. Place 1/2 mix on 3 sets of 2 sheets phyllo dough. Roll. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
- Sauce: Mix half and half with chicken stock and bring to a boil. Add in salt. make a paste of flour by adding warm liquid to flour. Add in paste to sauce and stir thoroughly with wire whisk. Boil 2 min stirring constantly. Add in butter and stir till dissolved. Add in mustard and stir.
