Ingredientes
- 1 pkt Bratwurst (or possibly bockwurst, knockwurst, etc.) - I used 6 pcs
- 1 pkt Fresh sauerkraut (you could use 1 medium can)
- 1/2 bag frzn potato chunks (like homestyle hash browns)
- 1 sm Brown onion, minced
- 1 can Beer Garlic to taste
Direcciones
- Add in beer to crock pot. Drop sausages in, add in onions, sauerkraut and potatoes. Chop garlic and add in to top. Simmer 3-4 hrs. Very tender and great flavor!
