Receta Mexican Pork Roast Cooked In Beer With Green Sa

Ingredientes
- 2 x Onions, minced
- 2 x Carrots, peeled, sliced
- 5 lb Loin or possibly shoulder pork roast
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Grnd coriander
- 3/4 c. Beer
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 x Onion, minced
- 1 cl Garlic, peeled, minced
- 10 ounce Tomatillos
- 1/2 tsp Dry oregano, crumbled
- 1/2 tsp Dry cilantro
- 2 Tbsp. Wine vinegar Salt and pepper
Direcciones
- Heat oil in small skillet. Saute/fry onion and garlic till limp. Drain tomatillos; reserve liquid. Combine tomatillos, 1/2 c. reserved liquid, onion, garlic, oil, oregano, and cilantro in jar of electric blender; puree. Heat skillet over moderate heat. Pour in sauce; cook 10 min.
- Remove from heat; add in wine, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Refrigeratesauce; serve with pork.
