Receta Sauteed Okra And Tomato
Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. sliced okra
- 1 clove garlic (crushed)
- 1 teaspoon 100% corn oil
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 c. minced onions
- 1 c. tomatoes, fresh (canned or possibly whole, crushed)
Direcciones
- Saute/fry okra, onion and garlic in oil about 5 min over medium heat. Add in tomato and salt to taste. Cover and simmer for 45-50 min.
