- Pork chops
- 1 onion, sliced
- 6 tbsp. peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon red pepper, crushed
- A little water or possibly lowfat milk
- Salt
- 4 teaspoon sugar
- A little vinegar
- A little soy sauce
Direcciones
- Fry pork chops with onion stirring with a wooden spoon, then set aside. Mix remaining ingredients together then add in meat and onion. Serve on rice with peas as a side dish.
