Receta Sauteed Squash With Cheese

Ingredientes
- 2 med. zucchini
- 2 med. yellow squash
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 crushed clove garlic
- 1 c. grated cheddar cheese
Direcciones
- Wash squash. Grate on large side of grater. In a skillet, heat the butter and add in the grated squash and garlic. Stir together. Cook stirring till squash is done. Add in cheese and stir till cheese is melted.
