Receta Sauteed Veal With Artichokes

Ingredientes
- 2 pound boneless veal steaks
- 1/2 teaspoon grnd black pepper
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 c. shallots, minced
- 1/2 c. cooking sherry
- Minced parsley
- 2 (15 ounce.) cans artichoke bottoms
Direcciones
- Season veal with salt and pepper. Saute/fry veal steaks in extra virgin olive oil in heavy skillet. Add in shallots and sherry. Cover and cook 10 min or possibly till tender. Place alternating layers of veal and artichoke bottoms in a 2 qt casserole, ending with artichoke bottoms. Pour sherry gravy over all. Cover and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 40 min or possibly till meat is tender. Sprinkle with minced parsley and serve.
