Ingredientes
- 6 baking potatoes
- 6 (1/4 inch) thick onion slices
- 6 slices green peppers
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- Pepper to taste
- 6 tbsp. chicken broth
Direcciones
- Cut each potato in half lengthwise. Place onion and green pepper slice between halves. Sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper to taste. Place on foil. Drizzle 1 Tbsp. broth over each. Seal foil tightly. Bake at 425 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till tender. Yield: 6 servings.
