  • 3/4 c. celery, minced fine
  • 2 tbsp. onion, minced fine
  • 3 tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 1 quart. bread cubes (soft)
  • 1/2 teaspoon savory
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Direcciones

  1. Cook celery, onion and parsley in butter till tender. Mix lightly with remaining ingredients. Bake covered during last hrs of roasting turkey. Makes 4 c. of dressing, uncooked.
  2. Allow 1 Tbsp. chicken or possibly turkey broth per c. of uncooked dressing for a more moist dressing.
