Name: Aunt Audrey's Meatloaf
Ingredients: 1 lb grnd beef; 1 sm onion grated; 2 c. prepared bread stuffing or possibly quick oatmeal; 1 x beaten egg; 1/4 c. catsup; 1/4 tsp nutmeg; 3 Tbsp. brown sugar; 1 tsp mustard

Ingredientes

1 lb grnd beef
1 sm onion grated
2 c. prepared bread stuffing or possibly quick oatmeal
1 x beaten egg
1/4 c. catsup
1/4 tsp nutmeg
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp mustard

Direcciones

Combine first 4 ingredients well with salt and pepper to taste.
Combine last 4 ingredients. Mix and top meatloaf with this catsup mix. Bake at 350F degrees for 1 hour.
