Receta Savory Bread Stuffing

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. celery, minced fine
- 2 tbsp. onion, minced fine
- 3 tbsp. parsley flakes
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1 quart. bread cubes (soft)
- 1/2 teaspoon savory
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Direcciones
- Cook celery, onion and parsley in butter till tender. Mix lightly with remaining ingredients. Bake covered during last hrs of roasting turkey. Makes 4 c. of dressing, uncooked.
- Allow 1 Tbsp. chicken or possibly turkey broth per c. of uncooked dressing for a more moist dressing.
