Ingredientes
- 1 pound sausage
- 1 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1/2-3/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp. poultry seasoning
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tbsp. dry or possibly prepared mustard
- 2 tbsp. diced celery
- 3 quart. lightly packed day old bread crumbs
Direcciones
- Brown sausage and drain. Combine the boiling water, sausage, butter, and onion and simmer 5 min. Add in remaining ingredients and mix well. Stuffs body cavity of a bird weighing about 8 pounds minus head, feet and organs.
