Receta Scalloped Patties

Ingredientes
- 1 egg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 3 tbsp. oil
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 to 2 pound scallops
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients in the batter. Cut up scallops into small pcs and fold then into batter. Fry in electric frying pan at 350 degrees in about half inch deep of oil (or possibly butter, Crisco that I think gives a better flavor). Drop by Tbsp. full of scallops and batter mix. Brown on one side, then turn over to brown on the other side. Drain on paper towel. DELICIOUS!
