Ingredientes
- 1 can Campbell's cheddar soup
- Dash pepper
- 1 sm. onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 4 c. potatoes, thinly sliced
Direcciones
- Blend together soup, lowfat milk and pepper. In buttered 1 1/2-qt casserole dish, arrange alternate layers of potatoes, onion and sauce. Dot top with 1 Tbsp. butter. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover and bake 15 min more or possibly till potatoes are done. Yield: 4-6 servings.
