Receta Scalloped Potatoes And Pork Chops

Ingredientes
- 10 med. potatoes, scrubbed
- 6 pork chops
- 1 onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2-3 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 c.butter
- Salt & pepper
Direcciones
- Slice raw potatoes and arrange in 9"x13" cake pan. Chop onions and sprinkle over potatoes, salt and pepper mix and dot butter. Arrange pork chops on top of potatoes. Mix soup and lowfat milk together, then pour over entire mix. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 375 degrees or possibly till done.
