Receta Scalloped Rhubarb

Ingredientes
- 2 c. diced rhubarb, 1" pcs
- 3 c. cubed stale bread (no crusts)
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 stick melted butter
- Fruit coloring (opt.)
Direcciones
- Add in bread to melted butter; mix well. Add in sugar and rhubarb and mix well. Put in oblong greased pan. Add in 1 Tbsp. water in each corner of pan. Bake 45 min at 325 degrees. Serves 6.
