Receta Sea Foam Fudge Cake

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. cocoa
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 1/4 c. scalded lowfat milk
- 2/3 c. spry
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. white sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 3/4 teaspoon soda
- 2 c. flour
Direcciones
- Mix cocoa with brown sugar. Add in scalded lowfat milk and stir till smooth. Cool. Blend spry, salt and vanilla. Add in white sugar and cream well. Add in large eggs, singly, beat well after each addition. Sift baking pwdr, soda and flour 3 times. Add in flour to creamed mix alternately with cocoa mix, mixing well. Bake in two 9 inch pans in moderate oven 40 min.
