Receta Seafood Creole
Ingredientes
- 1 lg. onion, minced
- 1 lg. green pepper, minced
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 pkg. imitation crab meat
- 1 sm. can shrimp, liquid removed
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- Steamed rice or possibly egg noodles
Direcciones
- Saute/fry onion and green pepper in oil. Add in tomatoes, 1/2 c. water, crabmeat and shrimp. Simmer till boiling. Thicken with cornstarch added to 1/2 c. water. Serve with steamed rice or possibly over cooked egg noodles.
