  • 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 c. fresh snipped dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Fresh grnd pepper (to taste)
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped (optional)
