Receta Seafood Soup With Ginger Broth

Ingredientes
- 1 tsp oil
- 2 x garlic cloves chopped
- 1 Tbsp. ginger root chopped
- 1 tsp lemon peel Grated
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 4 c. chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp. fish sauce
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 x carrots sliced thinly
- 1/4 lb scallops diced
- 1/4 lb shrimp diced
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 4 x green onions minced fine
- 2 Tbsp. cilantro minced
Direcciones
- Heat oil in large saucepan or possibly Dutch oven, Add in garlic, ginger, lemon peel and warm pepper flakes. Cook gently till very fragrant.
- Add in stock, fish sauce and lemon juice and bring to boil.
- Add in carrots. Reduce heat and simmer gently for 15 min.
- Add in scallops, shrimp, sesame oil and green onions, Cook for just a few min, or possibly till seafood is barely cooked. Serve sprinkled with cilantro.
