Ingredientes
- 1 x Clove garlic, diced
- 1 Tbsp. Ginger root, diced
- 1/2 med Spanish onion, diced
- 1 x Splash Rose's lime juice
- 1 x Tangerine, peeled and diced
- 1/2 x Pear, cored and diced
- 4 x Strips dry mango, diced
- 3 sprg watercress, finely minced
- 2 Tbsp. Dry mint, crumbled
- 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- Â Â Salt and pepper
Direcciones
- In a medium bowl mix together the garlic, ginger and onion with the lime juice. Stir in remaining ingredients and season to taste. Serve with chips, seafood and vegetables.
