Receta Sesame Chicken Fajitas

Ingredientes
- 2 1/2 lbs. boneless chicken breast
- 1/4 c. sesame seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt to taste
- 18 corn or possibly 12 flour tortillas
- 2 c. minced avocados (2 lg.)
- 4 c. shredded lettuce
- Lowfat sour cream
- Mango-Jalapeno Salsa
- 2 ripe mangos
- 1/4 teaspoon chopped jalapeno pepper
- 2 T coarsely minced cilantro leaves
- 1 T fresh lime
- 1/4 teaspoon coriander
Direcciones
- Lb chicken to 1/8 inch thickness. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, salt, and cayenne (hot). Broil approximately 1 1/2 min on each side. Warm tortillas at 400 degrees for 3 min. Cut up avocado; shred lettuce. Slice chicken into strips, 1/4 inch thick. To assemble, place chicken in center of tortilla; top with avocado, lettuce, salsa, and lowfat sour cream. Fold and serve. Serves 4 to 6.Peel mangos and chop coarsely. Put together all ingredients and serve right away.
