Receta Sesame Noodle Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 pkt linguine - (8 ounce)
- 1/4 c. rice vinegar
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. dark sesame oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 5 x green onions sliced
- Â Â Toasted sesame seeds (optional)
Direcciones
- Cook linguine according to package directions; drain and rinse linguine with cool water.
- Stir together vinegar and next 3 ingredients in a large bowl. Stir in linguine and onions; sprinkle with sesame seeds, if you like. Serve immediately.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
- Comments: This simple side can become a main dish if you add in meat or possibly vegetable stir-ins. Try finely diced fresh tomato, squash, and green pepper; minced cooked chicken; leftover grilled shrimp or possibly flank steak; or possibly fried tofu cubes.
