  • 1 x 12-inch circle puff pastry
  •     Dough -- thawed
  • 3 x Apples, peeled, cored --
  •     Thinly sliced
  • 3 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. Butter -- thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. Powdered sugar

Direcciones

  1. Preheat the oven to 475F
  2. Place the pastry on a greased baking sheet. Arrange the apples on top in a spiral design, leaving a 1-inch border all around. Sprinkle with the sugar and scatter with the butter pcs. Bake in the preheated oven till the puff pastry rises and the edges of the apples are slightly charred, about 10 to 15 min. remove from the oven and dust with powdered sugar.
  3. To heighten the flavor, brush the top of the cooked tart with 3 Tbsp. of melted apple jelly and then dust with the powdered sugar.
