- 1/2 c. White wine
- 1/2 c. White wine vinegar,or possibly substitute
- Â Â Sherry vinegar or possibly raspberry vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. Shallots, finely minced
- 1 tsp Freshly grnd black pepper

- Excellent with oysters.
- Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl. Let sit at room temperature for 15 to 30 min before serving.
