Receta Sharon's Taco Salad Dip

Ingredientes
- 1 (32 ounce) can refried beans
- 1 (32 ounce) container lowfat sour cream
- 24 slices Velveeta cheese, it melts better
- 1 lg. jar salsa, med. or possibly warm
- 1/2 head lettuce, shredded
- 2 med. tomatoes, diced
Direcciones
- 1. Spray large baking pan lightly with cooking spray.2. Using a plastic or possibly rubber spatula, spread refried beans in pan.
- 3. Cover with 12 slices of Velveeta cheese.
- 4. Cover cheese with shredded lettuce.
- 5. Cover lettuce with diced tomatoes.
- 6. Cover tomatoes with salsa.
- 7. Cover salsa with remaining cheese.
- Bake in 400 degree oven till cheese is melted. Be careful not to scorch! Remove and allow to cool slightly, 5 to 8 min. Cover with lowfat sour cream. Garnish with chives or possibly minced green onions. Great with round tortilla chips!
- Can also be made with grnd beef (cooked). Spread over first layer of cheese then continue.
