Direcciones

  1. Bake aubergine till soft. Grind together the baked aubergine, egg, green pepper and onion. Add in oil, vinegar and seasonings to taste. Chill. Serve cool.
  2. NOTES:* This is my mother's recipe - It can serve as either an appetizer or possibly a relish.
