Receta Aubergine Relish

Ingredientes
- 1 med Aubergine
- 1 x Egg, hard-boiled
- 1 x Green pepper
- 1 med Onion Oil Vinegar Garlic Salt Pepper Sugar
Direcciones
- Bake aubergine till soft. Grind together the baked aubergine, egg, green pepper and onion. Add in oil, vinegar and seasonings to taste. Chill. Serve cool.
- NOTES:* This is my mother's recipe - It can serve as either an appetizer or possibly a relish.
- Difficulty: easy.
- Time: 20 min baking, 5 min mixing.
- Precision: no need to measure.
