- 1 can Sliced beets, (not spiced), liquid removed and rinsed
- Â Â Sugar
- Â Â Cider vinegar
- Â Â Water

- Combine all, mixing well. Chill for several hrs to allow sugar to dissolve and flavors to meld. You might find you like a bit more vinegar as I do, but this is for light-weights.
