Receta Sherri's Favorite Crab Dip

Ingredientes
- 16 ounce Cream cheese, softened
- 16 ounce Flaked crab meat (or possibly the equivalent canned or possibly frzn)
- 5 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
- 1 tsp Prepared horseradish
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp White pepper (black works, too)
- 4 Tbsp. Chopped dry onion
Direcciones
- 1. Let cream cheese come to room temperature.
- 2. Pick all shell from crab meat, and set aside. If using canned or possibly frzn, drain.
- 3. Blend lowfat milk with cheese and onion. add in horseradish, salt, and pepper.
- Blend well.
- 4. Mix in crab meat. Put into a casserole dish and bake in a 350 degree preheated oven about 20 min, or possibly till center is bubbly.
- 5. Spoon into a chafing dish, and keep warm. Serve with assorted crackers.
- Makes about 4 c..
- Note: If there are any leftovers (there never are for me) then thin with a little lowfat milk and serve over toast points for a quick lunch.)
