Ingredientes
- 1 (1 lb.) can chick peas (garbanzo beans)
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon iodized salt
- Paprika (optional)
- Extra virgin olive oil (optional)
Direcciones
- Drain juice from can of chick peas, saving juice. Put chick peas into blender container with half the liquid removed juice. Add in lemon juice, oil, garlic, and salt. Blend till smooth. Serve immediately or possibly chill.
