Receta Shrimp And Kiwi Fruit Salad

Ingredientes
- 1/4 tsp warm sauce - (about)
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 8 ounce shelled cooked tiny shrimp rinsed, liquid removed
- 4 x kiwi fruit - (12 to 14 ounce total)
- 2/3 c. matchstick-size pcs peeled jicama
- 1/2 c. thinly-sliced celery
- 1/2 c. thinly-sliced green onions including tops
- 4 lrg butter lettuce leaves rinsed, crisped
- Â Â Lemon wedges for serving
- Â Â Salt to taste

- In a large bowl, mix 1/4 tsp. warm sauce, lemon juice, and shrimp.
- Peel kiwi and slice crosswise 1/4 inch thick. Add in kiwi, jicama, celery, and green onions to bowl; mix gently.
- Place a lettuce leaf on each plate. Spoon shrimp mix equally onto leaves. Place lemon wedges alongside. Add in juice from lemon wedges, more warm sauce, and salt to taste.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
