- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. chicken broth
- 2 tbsp. sherry
- 2 teaspoon flour
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 3 tbsp. oil
- 1 onion, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 c. cashews
Direcciones
- Combine shrimp and soy sauce. Stir-fry 2 min. Add in the rest of ingredients; stir-fry 2 min. Serve over rice. Serves 4.
