Receta Shrimp Crepe Filling

Ingredientes
- 6 T butter
- 1/4 c. finely minced onion
- 1 c. finely minced celery
- 1/2 c. finely minced cabbage
- 5 T flour
- Garlic salt to taste
- 1 3/4 c. lowfat milk or possibly equal parts water and mocha mix to equal 1 3/4 c.
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
- White pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Healthy pinch grnd rosemary
- 1 can med. shrimp, liquid removed
Direcciones
- Saute onion in butter till tender. Add in celery and cabbage to onions and saute. To vegetables add in flour and garlic salt and stir till mixed. Add in mocha mix, lemon juice, white pepper, salt and grnd rosemary. Stir.Cook on low heat, stirring till thickened. Stir shrimp into mix. Let sit on low heat a couple min to warm through. Fill cooked crepes with shrimp mix. Fold over. Sprinkle with grated cheese and paprika. Put in 300 degree oven for 10 min. Serve. Makes 8-10 crepes.
