  • 12 ounce. (3 c.) skinner sea shell or possibly elbow macaroni
  • 1 pound cooked, peeled & cleaned shrimp (fresh or possibly frzn or possibly 3, 5 ounce. cans)
  • 2 c. cubed American cheese
  • 1 c. minced celery
  • 1/2 c. minced green pepper
  • 1 c. mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 6 tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 dashes Tabasco

Direcciones

  1. Cook macaroni as directed on package, drain; rinse with cool water; drain again. Cut up shrimp, toss with macaroni, cheese and vegetables. Blend remaining ingredients; toss with shrimp mix. Cover. Refrigeratethoroughly. Stir before serving. Can top with green pepper ring. Serves 12.
