Name: All American Macaroni Salad
Ingredients: 2 c. cooked macaroni (1 c. uncooked); 1 c. frzn peas; 3/4 c. minced celery; 1/2 c. ham - cooked and cubed; 3/4 c. cheddar cheese, shredded; 2 x hard-boiled Large eggs, minced; 1/4 c. sweet pickle relish; 1/2 c. ranch salad dressing; 1/2 c. mayonnaise (or possibly Miracle whip works fine); 1 tsp mustard; 1/4 tsp black pepper

Ingredientes

2 c. cooked macaroni (1 c. uncooked)
1 c. frzn peas
3/4 c. minced celery
1/2 c. ham - cooked and cubed
3/4 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
2 x hard-boiled Large eggs, minced
1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
1/2 c. ranch salad dressing
1/2 c. mayonnaise (or possibly Miracle whip works fine)
1 tsp mustard
1/4 tsp black pepper

Direcciones

In a large bowl, combine first 6 ingredients. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add in to macaroni mix and toss to coat.
Chill till ready to serve
**flavors will blend together as it chills
Not only is this a terrific salad, but if you happen to have a picnic or possibly outdoor buffet by the lake, it is wonderful fish bait too - caught about 100 fish off the peas and cheese one time. In case you cannot tell - it was a wonderful party:)
This is also a great use for leftover ham.
