Receta Shrimp Or Chicken In Fruit Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1 fresh pineapple
- 2 apples
- 2 bananas
- 4 to 6 ounce. butter
- 8 ounce. mango chutney (optional)
- 5 tbsp. flour
- 5 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 1 pt. half and half
- Shrimp or possibly chicken breasts
Direcciones
- Cook all fruits in butter till done. Add in flour, curry pwdr, chutney and cream and cook a little longer. Drain and pour over shrimp and bake for 20 min. If you use chicken breast, precook them for 40 min in oven at 350 degrees.
