Ingredientes
- 1 pound shrimp or possibly sm. scallops
- 1/4 pound butter
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic in oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 healthy pinch paprika
- 1 healthy pinch parsley flakes
Direcciones
- Place scallops or possibly cleaned shrimp in a casserole. Heat butter and mix lemon juice and minced garlic. Stir together. Pour mix over scallops or possibly shrimp. Sprinkle with bread crumbs, paprika, and flakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 min. Serves 2.
