Receta Shrimp Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 (6 ounce.) can shrimp pcs
- 2 green onions with tops, minced fine
- 1/4 c. finely minced celery
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 1 lg. tomato
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 med. head shredded lettuce
Direcciones
- Combine shrimp, onions and celery. Mix salad oil and lemon juice in a bowl and add in seasonings. Blend thoroughly with a fork. Pour mix over shrimp and toss well. Cover and chill to marinate for 2 hrs. Mix lightly but thoroughly and toss with shredded lettuce and tomato. Garnish with tomato wedges.
