Ingredientes
- 1 c. cool cooked rice
- 1 c. shrimp, cooked (cut up)
- 3/4 teaspoon salt (I use less)
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. sliced green pepper
- 1 tbsp. green onions
- 2 tbsp. French dressing
- 1 tbsp. minced stuffed olives
- 3/4 c. raw cauliflower
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- Canned asparagus
Direcciones
- Enter all ingredients except mayonnaise and asparagus a few hrs before serving. Mix in mayonnaise and place two strips of asparagus over each serving. Serves four.
