- A 2 inch stick of cinnamon
- 2 star anise
- 1 bay leaf
- 4 medium onions thinly sliced
- 2 tsp ground coridaner
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 Tbs tomato paste
- 1 tsp salt or to taste
- 1/2 cup of yogurt
