Receta Simple Shrimp Curry

Ingredientes
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 1 med. onion, finely minced
- 1 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (4-6 ounce.) bag frzn cooked shrimp
- 1 tbsp. minced coriander (cilantro)
- 1 c. raw rice, steamed
- Plain yogurt, optional
- Dry roasted peanuts, optional
Direcciones
- Heat oil in fry pan. Saute/fry onion, stirring, till translucent/soft. Add in curry. Continue frying another 2 min. Stir in the undiluted soup. Bring to boil, stirring. Reduce heat to medium. Stir in rinsed, frzn shrimp. Heat, stirring, till shrimp are warm. Don't boil.
- Spoon into serving bowl. Sprinkle with minced coriander. Serve over warm steamed rice. Provide plain yogurt and dry roasted peanuts as condiments.
